Information we process
We process information you provide, records generated through your use of the platform, and relevant information obtained from the blockchain or a payment service used for your transaction.
- Account and authentication information: your username, email address, account credentials and authentication records; profile information you choose to add or change; and two-factor authentication settings and setup information if you enable that feature. Registration uses your username as the initial profile name.
- Wallet and transaction information: public withdrawal wallet addresses and any required destination tag or memo, cryptocurrency and network, incoming and outgoing transaction IDs or hashes, amounts, timestamps, status, payment references and related account balance, pool and credit records.
- Access and technical information: IP address, access times, login attempts, session identifiers, device and browser information, and security events associated with your account or requests.
- Referral and support information: referral attribution, the connection between a referring account and invited accounts, relevant commission records, and messages and information you send to support.
Providing account credentials and an email address is necessary to register and use an account. A valid withdrawal address is necessary for a withdrawal. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to supply the relevant service. We do not need your wallet's private keys or seed phrase; never provide them to us.
If a legal obligation or a specific security review requires additional verification, we will explain the information required and its purpose when requesting it. Do not send identity documents or unrelated personal information unless an official request explains why they are necessary.
Why information is used
We process personal information only for a lawful purpose. The relevant purposes and grounds, subject to the law that applies to you and to us, are:
- Providing your account and services
- Registration, authentication, balances, pool activation and credits, transfers, referral attribution and commission accounting, service messages and support. We rely on processing necessary to perform our agreement with you or take steps you request before entering it.
- Protecting the platform and its users
- Detecting unauthorised access, investigating self-referrals and other misuse, preventing fraud, maintaining reliable records and handling disputes. Where permitted, we rely on our legitimate interests in security and service integrity, balanced against your rights.
- Meeting legal obligations
- Keeping records and responding to lawful regulatory, court or authority requests, including verification, anti-money-laundering or tax reporting obligations where applicable. The ground is the relevant legal obligation.
- Optional uses requiring a choice
- Where an optional feature or non-essential technology requires consent, we will request that consent separately. You can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Reading this policy or accepting the Terms of Use does not itself provide blanket consent for unrelated marketing or tracking. We do not sell personal information.
Service calculations, such as hourly credits and referral commissions, may be automated. Withdrawal approval is reviewed by our team. If an account restriction or other significant decision affects you, you may ask support for a human review and an explanation, subject to lawful limits on disclosure.
Who may see information
Access within our organisation is limited to people who need information to operate the service, provide support, investigate a concern or meet a legal obligation. Service providers may process relevant information for hosting, technical operations, email delivery, payment handling or security. We require appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements for providers processing information on our behalf.
We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers, courts, regulators or competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Any transfer as part of a lawful business reorganisation must remain subject to applicable data protection requirements.
- Public activity feed: a pool start or processed withdrawal may appear with its amount, event type, timestamp if available, and the first four characters of your username followed by asterisks. This is partial masking, not a guarantee of anonymity. Avoid using an identifying username if you do not want its prefix to be recognisable.
- Referral records: when referral lists are enabled, your direct referrer may see your username, email address and whether you have an active pool. Your referral area may also display your upline's name and email address. Relevant referral and commission information is used to operate the program.
- Public blockchains: cryptocurrency addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps and transaction hashes may be publicly visible and independently searchable. Blockchain participants and explorers are outside our control; deleting an account does not erase blockchain records.
Where information may be processed
Our operator is based in Seychelles. Depending on the infrastructure and providers used to deliver a service, information may also be processed in another country, including a country outside your place of residence. Data protection rules may differ between countries.
Where an international transfer requires safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism, we are responsible for putting that mechanism in place before the transfer. Depending on the applicable law, this may involve recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. Contact support for information about the recipients, locations and safeguards relevant to your information, or to request a copy where available and subject to necessary redactions.
How long records are kept
We retain personal information only for as long as it is necessary for its purpose or required by applicable law. Retention is assessed by record category:
- Account and profile records: while the account is active, followed by the period necessary to complete closure, settle outstanding obligations and address a dispute or mandatory retention requirement.
- Transfers, pools and commission records: for the accounting, regulatory or other statutory retention period that applies, and while reasonably needed to resolve an outstanding claim or investigation.
- Access and security logs: for the period reasonably needed to detect misuse, investigate incidents and protect account access; relevant incident records may need to be retained longer while the matter remains unresolved.
- Support correspondence: for the period needed to deal with the request and related complaints or claims, subject to applicable legal requirements.
When a retention ground no longer applies, information should be securely deleted or anonymised. Data retained for a legal hold must be restricted to that purpose. Account closure or an erasure request does not override a mandatory record-keeping duty, and we cannot remove information recorded on a public blockchain.
Protecting information and account access
We are responsible for implementing technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks of processing, including access controls, authentication safeguards and protection against unauthorised use, loss or disclosure. The platform provides two-factor authentication, which you should enable for the account actions available in your settings.
Encryption can protect particular systems or communications, but this policy does not represent that every record is encrypted at all times or that the service is end-to-end encrypted. Public blockchain records are not confidential. No online service can promise absolute security.
Use a unique password that differs from the password for your linked email account, protect your email and device, and report suspected compromise promptly through official support. We will address personal data incidents and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
Access, correction and other requests
Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the ground for processing. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send requests through the official Support page. We may need proportionate verification of account ownership to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or extension. Exercising a right does not require giving us your password, private key or seed phrase.
You may complain to the Information Commission of Seychelles or another competent data protection authority, including an authority in your place of residence where the law provides that right. Contacting us first does not prevent you from making a complaint.
The service is for adults
QUANTIX is intended for people aged 18 or over who have legal capacity to use the service. We do not knowingly provide accounts to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, contact support so that we can investigate and take the action required by law.
Questions about your information
Privacy enquiries should be sent through official support, addressed to QUANIX Systems Ltd. as the data controller. Do not post account details, wallet information or transaction records in a public support group when a private official channel is available.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in processing or legal requirements. The updated document will show its revision date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required and obtain a new choice or consent where the law requires it.
